Yes, I'm not connected with the person that posts as a BlackWatcher on ATS. Definitely not intention to make anything against anyone, and since both sites are different and the name Blackwatcher refers just to our interests which are black projects and spotting of the aircraft, I think it is just a common sense and probability that someone else will use that same surname on different site is possible, especially considering that I just didn't remember that there was another poster that used it on ATS.
