Usually, that means they suspect that what they seized is booby trapped, i.e., they think that there is malware which could destroy evidence before they have a chance to engage in forensic analysis of the storage media. Most of the time this isn't even a thing but they put that concern in the warrants to cover their butts. Say, if a drive they seized happens to be on the way out and crashes while they're ripping a forensic image, they want to be able to blame it on somebody.
