FYI, I have referred Joerg's case to the Institute for Justice ij.org - a non-profit that is supported only by donors such as me and my husband. They have won many cases of government overreach, civil forfeiture, asset seizure, etc., in state and federal courts. Happily, I received this response yesterday from IJ: Dear Mrs. Lairamore,
