Injustice without any recourse does that to you, as I can attest to. And the sad realization that our justice system is so easily weaponized by ruthless individuals high up in the food chain on a personal vendetta. Anyone whose life has not been turned upside down in the way ours has the last four months will likely not understand it. But I get it now, and I am trying with everything I have not to go down that same path.
