If the raid itself was conducted by the FBI, even if AFOSI agents were present, that in itself likely doesn't violate the Posse Comitatus Act since the FBI had the warrant issued upon probable cause and conducted the search themselves (AFOSI was acting in a consultative capacity). But AFOSI's possession of your personal property may very well violate Posse Comitatus -- IMHO, it does, but I'm no lawyer. If I were you, I'd be looking to sue AFOSI to get your stuff back.
