Strongly doubt that, since Luftwaffe does not own any C-17 nor are there any in the inventory of European Air Transport Command (EATC). If I recall correctly, the last time German jets in Nevada were accompanied by Airbus A400M and tanker support is provided by Airbus A330 MRTT.
