A lot of the comms are on Have Quick these days. Sometimes they have problems with the Have Quick timing the first couple of days and use discrete frequencies instead. As the exercise progresses most of the Blue comms move to Have Quick. Link-16 is used for data. Not sure if it is used much for voice comms. The Have Quick frequencies are in the full list in the Scanner section (link attached). But unless you have about 20 scanners, each tuned to one of the frequencies, you cannot listen to them. The hopping is way too fast even for a good SDR to follow.
