No worries, your post was right on topic. We all know that Area 51 does a lot more than test aircraft. Unfortunately much of that happens even more hidden than aircraft R&D. In my other post I referenced the evaluation of a Russian system. Judging by GE images this happened in the mid 2000's. When another curious mind in this forum brought it up last year it was first discussed here, almost 20 years after the project began.
