KNERD there is NO due process in this type of case. The more stink that is raised and the more attention drawn to it the less the government is going to react. Unfortunately the damage will never be paid by the government and the equipment will never be returned. Past cases show how this works. Very unfair but it is how these types of cases are handled by the alphabet agencies. Just ask the famous law professor Jonathan Turley.
