I agree you are much better off following his recommendations in most cases. You have to be cautious not to rile up the wrong feathers and overdoing it may do that. I agree you have to do some things like the online interview but you can't overdo it either. Your attorney probably have a better understanding of the behind-the-scenes workings than you or any of us here do.
