Maybe things have changed since the 80's, but there is some historical precedent here. From the book, "Lockheed F-117A, Operation and Development of the Stealth Fighter" by Bill Sweetman and James Goodall: "For a time, the Northrop or Lockheed people had to remain indoors whenever the other team's aircraft was outside, but this grew irksome; finally, the members of each team were at least cleared to set their eyes on the other's aircraft."
