Nice catch! That hangar is part of NG's Site 3. Hard to tell whether it is a B-2 or B-21. My guess is B-2. It is conceivable that Site 3 is now dedicated to B-2 maintenance and NG's Site 4, which includes the new B-21 "reveal" ramp, has been converted to B-21 production.
