I'm not a legal expert but I was wondering if anyone thought it was strange the AFOSI was there for the raid? Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't the Posse Comitatus Act prevent them from the raid? And to add Joerg was not in the process of uprising the peace? And by the way where were is the NV Governor's signature on the warrant? The use of US Federal military needs his signature mostly as defined to keep the peace. look it up. I have questions.
