Yes.

I have seen the '180' on four separate occasions (In public airspace, transiting from A to Z) and the 120 feet bone-white with two leading edge sensors visibly 'built into the skin' is what I have been talking about long before most people would even accept there was / is a P-ISR.

If this was supposed to be a manned asset they rolled out? Well... They made some mistakes with their coverup.
