An interesting thought. I have been monitoring activities on the Groom mission freqs the last few days with the only scanner that is still operational after Beavis and Butthead and their gang ransacked my place. There was a mission the last two nights involving Sabre 41 and 42 out of Groom. I am pretty sure 41 is one of the Groom Beech'es. I can hear distinct turboprop sound in the background. 42 appears to be the mission aircraft. No indication from the chatter what they were doing, except that it went on for several hours and involved electronics that temporarily interfered with comms. There is activity right now, but it sounds more like F-16 proficiency.
