Some of the hangars at the North Ramp, including H-4, are believed to be used for support/maintenance of the Ghost Hawk choppers. The hangar may have been left open after mounting equipment on the chopper for whatever they were doing near Tikaboo that day. But it is also known that sensitive missions sometimes take place on weekends, when the "regular" workers that are not cleared for that mission are not on base.
