In China, there is a facility in Lop Nur in Xinjiang, China - I beleive this is where they tested their new hypersonic missiles. Lots of development over the last few years In Russia, there's Mezhgorye. interestingly, it is near Dyatlov Pass, and believed to house their "Dead Hand" Project. nearby in Mount Yamantau, rumored ot be their equivalent of Ravne Rock and Mount Weather rolled into one prior to the collapse of the soviet union, it was Kapustin Yar. from the satellite photos i have seen, neither seem to be particularly active or in very good working order - rumored to have similar features as Mezhgorye. there is, however, a major air base to the southeast that houses their new 5th gen fighters (which are supposedly also now Putin's personal air escort fleet)
