Stonewall Mountain is inside the restricted area. It is my understanding that you can hike a nearby lower peak. But it has no view of TTR or TPECR, let alone Groom (which is on the other side of the NTTR). All you may see is the Stonewall mountain NACTS site. But again, I have never made the hike and I hope that someone with better info can chime in.
