Who knows what's really going on, but these guys need to realize the terms/expressions they casually throw around have specific meanings in the acquisition community. Sheila Widnall made statements that were ridiculous during her tenure as SecAF. I'm not sure if they don't know any better, or just think no one will challenge them. In this case, good on the IG.
