FWIW, back in the late 70's, a PTV (Propulsion Test Vehicle) for an Integral Rocket Ramjet program was launched from somewhere over southern Dugway. It was on a
Mach 3+/80KFT profile and it outflew the multiple chase aircraft over the US border with Mexico. It was finally turned around over Mexico's airspace and recovered in the area near TTR.
