Building 430 (Hangar 18) was constructed in the mid 1980s as a general purpose hangar. It was not built for any one particular program. According to some sources, part of the floorspace was allocated to an exhibit of retired test articles (such as TACIT BLUE and SENIOR PROM) that were occasionally shown to select VIP visitors.
