Yes, if you look back on plane spotters phots, you will see this on the sparingly few P-3s spotted in recent few years. From my knowledge, but don’t hold me to it, P-3’s are nearing or been completely phased out
of testing squadrons. I haven’t seen them on the ramp in quite some time. Only other evidence I have is a single P-8 with a bunch of fancy shark fins under the fuselage.
