Nice catch on the tracking cameras parked around that building. It does look like the area serves as storage for these cameras now. I still think it was originally built as explosives storage. The main road in and out leads towards H-19, originally and possibly still used as arm/de-arm hangar. I don't see any tracks leading up to the berms. Generally that building does not seem to get a lot of traffic currently.
