After more than 14 years, Google has finally updated Street View imagery on the Extraterrestrial Highway. They didn't drive into Rachel but you can see the Little A'Le'Inn, the gas station, etc. from the road. The imagery is dated July 2022 and is a huge improvement in quality and resolution over the 2008 imagery.
