Two brand new Blue & Whites, N910CB and N989RR are seen sitting on the ramp adjacent to the Signature Flight Terminal at McCarran. The Red & Whites are not on their usual pads at Station 9, which leads me to believe they needed room to repave the ramp, or something very similar.
