Here is the audio clip of the entire mission of XRAY05 in the NTTR today, recorded on 126.600MHz. XRAY05 is N99NG, the Northrop JSTARS test bed that may now serve as a test bed for a new project. Possibly the B-21, but that is speculation. The mission was between 13:03 and 16:55 local time. N99NG arrived from and RTB'd to Plant 42. Sounds like they were testing systems on board N99NG against targets ("tangos") on the ground.
