My guess is that it is one of the remaining two Beech 1900 Janets. Both of them have been hiding for a while. N623RA (Janet 03) last showed on ADS-B on 11/5/2021 heading from Las Vegas to Mathis Field, San Angelo, TX. N20RA (Janet 05) last showed 6/30/2021 heading from NAS Point Mugu to Area 51. So my money is on the latter, N20RA. It may have been converted/modified to an avionics test bed, similar to N654BA. As to why it is sitting there, I can only speculate. Perhaps support for whatever lives in H20-23 now, due to proximity. The pad was covered with a fabric type hangar until recently. It may not have anywhere else to go. Other thoughts?
