So going through the history on ADSBExchange, there are three other dates this has popped up on. (I stopped on Jan. 1st, 2021)

05-20-22 @ 19:43:24Z(today)
then on:
05-05-22 @ 19:48:06Z
01-26-22 @ 09:43:23Z
11-22-21 @ 19:20:57Z

All at 60,000ft and all in the same spot, directly "above" Highland Peak. This makes me think it has something to do with the equipment on Highland Peak rather than it being an aircraft.
