What a great story, first time I’ve heard about someone who got that close. Interesting thought: if an amateur can get this close in the NTTR, imagine what a team of professionals can do. They’ll probably get right up to the base perimeter. That probably never happened though, not much to gain that can’t be found out by other means with far less risk.
