This website provides access to the different versions of world imagery and it has a pretty new image of Groom. But the dates seem rather inaccurate. I highly doubt that 2022-02-24 is a correct date because the new white dormitory is still missing. My guess is around summer of 2021.
Anyway the quality is great. And finally we can see some life around the southernmost hangar.
