"King Aviation LLC" ticks all the boxes for a front company. Trevor Paglen has a great piece on YouTube which, among other things, goes into some of these sorts of companies that did rendition flights for the CIA. Pretty interesting to get a glimpse of how that works:

Regarding RAT55 itself; It's a test bed. I can try to explain it myself, but the guys at The Drive's WarZone have some great articles on RAT55 and it's purpose
