I've seen evidence of substantial modernization remodeling projects across the entire NTTR.

Mercury is currently undergoing a top to bottom remodel.

It appeared that the Tonopah apartment complex wrapped up a renovation in 2018.

Many repaved and/or widened roads.

clean-up efforts throughout.

Tangentially, also recent hiring sprees by various consultant agencies (Janet airlines, security company, etc

Seems they're anticipating long term growth in use, which i personally find exciting and inspiring
