I'm sure there's other folks who can share more details than I can, but one story that always stood out to me was that in some buildings, workers have been required to wear goggles that limit your visibility, so that you can't see more than 10-15 feet in front of you. If that's true, I can't imagine they'd allow phones on site, but I can't say for-sure!
