The FORTE ## aircraft very often do extended (> 24 h) flights over all of Eastern Europe, often also above the Baltic countries or the Black Sea into Georgia. And there is plenty of other stuff up - for example at the moment ICAO AE5889 USAF B-52 60-0044 just about to return to Brize Norton after cycling central Romania. There is usually also at least one tanker above Romania and Poland with LAGR ### designation out of Mildenhall, USAF and RAF RC-135W plus a number of other interesting aircraft as the Italian Gulfstream discussed somewhere below (and also another one from Sweden regularly over Gotland and the Baltic Sea). I heared somewhere that the RC-135 and AWACS crews tend to talk on open (non-encrypted) frequencies, just don't know why ;-)
As mentioned before, these are USAF and NATO RQ-4B/4D out of NAS Sigonella in Sicily, Italy (very scenic place btw, if you can stop by highly recommend to drive around the Etna volcano).
