I saw similar missions with SHINER40 on several days earlier this month. I believe it was during Red Flag. They were on 255.600. Came from Beale AFB. Their mission involved Slayer 1 & 2 (F/A-18 or EA-18G from VX-9 at China Lake) and controller Lone Star.
