FWIW: A few nights before the raid I heard muffled chopper noise coming from the Groom range, crossing Valley Road and heading towards our lake bed. I believe they stayed over the lakebed for a while. They passed fairly close to Rachel, this side of the farms. But I never saw the chopper(s), lights or anything. I have no proof but from the timing there is a very good chance that these were the stealth choppers on a test/training flight.
