Because at the end of the day, it is still a B-21 Raider. That isn't me being snarky, it is the same cost, just different cockpit pallet.

With an exquisite system, tailor made unmanned airframe using what is ready 'Now', instead of what was ready in 2015, there is a lot to leverage for an escort. One thing that stands out is high speed laser comms shrunk down considerably, as well as smart skins.

For 100 million $ you will be building one hell of an airframe tailormade for the pure unmanned jam. Hope that makes sense.
