Raytheon have an exquisite platform AESA now available - air cooled and absolutely miniscule - just shy of 98lb in weight - but offering a good 90% of a full sized systems capability.

That is a very good bet for what is out there for future use.

As for white? No - that is Northrop Grumman's propriety in house secret sauce that offers massive gains in thermal management, whilst also offering huge gains in signature reduction for ultra high flying long endurance platforms.
