Nice catch. I believe RATT55 is currently based at Groom. Last month its ADS-B track showed it in approach to Groom also. They checked in with Groom tower with the Groom call sign Sabre 98. Today's track and altitude is very much in line with a Groom approach to Rwy 32. It looks like they wanted it to look like they landed at TTR but then they continued low to Groom. I don't have any track data beyond what is on ADSBExchange. In fact the track you see on ADSBExchange is from my Rachel receiver that feeds them data. The Groom range is between Rachel and Area 51, so at some low altitude above ground my receiver loses the signal.
