VOODOO1 south of TTR

N289MT, aka VOODOO1, is currently flying orbits at FL270 just south of TTR. The aircraft, operated by Raytheon Flight Test Operations, is a radar and avionics test bed with easily recognizable by its pointed nose which is actually the nose of an F-15 fighter jet. Not picking up a lot of chatter on any of the "usual suspect" frequencies here in Rachel.

May or may not be related: I am seeing an aircraft at around 13,000ft with the Mode-S code "ABC123". Obviously a bogus code that I have seen around here before. The aircraft is not transmitting position data.
