Yes, correct, I am referring to the aircraft itself. Another possibility brought up - but probably less likely - is that, perhaps there was some sort of "issue" with the hangar (chemical leak, fire, etc). Another posited option was that it had to be egressed to make room for something else in the hangar. But, as you said, we both agreed that would be unlikely because they still could have just towed it to an alternative hangar. If they were truly forced to work out there, for whatever reason, it would not have been hard to just pull the fly back over the top when they halted work for the night. If anyone were truly careless enough to forget about it for 2 full days, I would guarantee they sure as hell don't have a job today. that line of thought is actually scary and embarrassing
