Rotate the picture 180 degrees and have a look. It gives a different perspective. This definitely was no accident. I wonder if it was parked out there for a satellite over pass but covered on all sides so uncleared people on the base cant see it. Sounds strange but I ive seen stranger. lol Just a thought.
