Yes, the Beech Janets are trackable in ADSBexchange etc. The Mode-S codes, tail numbers and callsign are at the attached link.

In the past the Beech Janets did get clearance on KLAS Clearance Delivery, 118.0MHz. Turns out that is monitored in LiveATC and it looks like you can select archived audio by date and time.

So, one could find a Beech Janet flight from KLAS to Edwards North Base and try to match up the clearance. Anyone up for some detective work? :-)
