Or, as I am sure you are aware, it could simply be an inside joke. Many decades ago, the CBPO or finance, someone, had an aspiring artist, so he designed a patch for their office. Since they were located next to the headquarters restroom and due to faulty plumbing and/or ventilation their office always smelled like **** and stale urine, he prominently featured a toilet.

Maybe their office is a converted restroom, or they have to cross the tarmac to be able to use one, or maybe there was an accident once with a Honey Truck and one of their planes was doused with the contents ....
