I vividly remember the article about Glenn and Freedom Ridge in the German weekly DER SPIEGEL in April 1995 which I stumpled across as a subscriber and young high school student. It immediately raised my attention as an avgeek and started my interest in the US Air Force's operating location near Groom Lake from then on to this very day being 5600 miles away.
I greatly admired his inspiring guts to challenge the authorities, his thorough research and dedication on the topic, his humor and him being a professed agnostic on the oh so popular alien stuff. And although I fully respect the cammo dudes work, his video on his hiding and surprise approach to the white Raptor crew in true Glenn style a few years ago made me chuckle.

RIP, Glenn.
