Nope. It's short for PACER SPRITE, the nickname for the F-117A maintenance and supply depots.

PS-11 was at the Lockheed plant in Burbank. PS-22 was at Groom Lake. PS-33 was at Norton AFB. PS-44 was at the GE engine plant in Lynn, MA. PS-55 was at the Lockheed Aircraft Service Company in Ontario, CA. PS-66 was TTR and PS-77 was at AF Plant 42 in Palmdale. PS-88 was at the Sacramento Air Logistics Center.
