It certainly looks exactly like the aircraft that were spotted over California City and Sorsogon Bay, so I agree with your assessment that it is likely to be the so-called "RQ-180" UAV. It has the same planform and proportions as the previous sightings.

If so, I would expect a significantly wider wingspan than that which you calculated. I have no meaningful way to evaluate your analytical methods.
