Kinda thinking the same thing.... Tom Mahood wrote an article entitled "Radar Ranges of the Mojave" for his website (Otherhand.org). He has several pictures of Helendale (from Lockheed, I believe) including the polecap. Very similar to this new video, but not identical (at least in my eye).
