Cobb county is one of the fastest growing Corporate & Industrial "Hubs" in the USA. Yamaha Motor Corp relocated from their 50+ year Headquarters in Southern California over the past 2 years to Marietta as did Suzuki Motor Corp a few years back. Martin Marietta's plant there is huge and has been under used for many years......Makes sense.
