One of the videos also explains the female voice heard in one of Jörg's recordings which is from the weapon systems officer of one of the Tornados.

The additional pictures also show the 3rd Tornado tail code 46+24 and the other two Typhoon tail codes 30+74 and 31+36

Interesting is also the mention that part of the material was apparently delivered by ship and then trucked to Nevada and one picture indeed shows some container modules for mission control.

It is also said that DD 2021 is the culmination and final stage of several years of EW development and involves new technology for the jets in their latest configuration.
